My answer to What online tools have helped you the most as an entrepreneur/start-up founder?
Answer by Minh Park:
A startup is like building train-tracks, on top of plane, that is crashing towards the ground, while responding to customer emails, and smiling at VC investors (that have no interest in funding your product).
We also have to finish a presentation within two hours, while creating inbound content to promote our product, while preparing for a Product Hunt launch, while preparing for a features meeting, while trying to as sane as possible.

As everyone was working at full-speed, it was difficult to understand the current situation. Initially, we resorted to simply talking about our updates at our weekly meeting. However, as each of us continued to push features out, we were never up to date in real-time.
While not being up to date may seem like a minor issue. It becomes difficult when deciding on the next feature to build, when you don’t know what your team is developing.
In order to finally understand what everyone was doing at the same time, we ditched our own personal To-Do-Lists an opted to use Trello. Each member would have their own column: Design, Marketing, Web Development, iOS Development, and etc. As we could see what was happening at all times, we finally were able to plan on the next project with more clarity.
The great thing about Trello, is the versatility the tool provides. You’re not locked into a single product management method. Rather Trello can accommodate various methods.
