The best productivity hack of a startup CEO is to be LAZY. As a CEO it’s not your job to do everything. Your job is create a system that enables other to work.
You can try to do everything yourself, but you’ll realize that you don’t understand content marketing. And will try to create/publish/promote content on Facebook/Twitter/Reddit every single day.
Be lazy and manage content writers instead.
You can try to do everything yourself, but you may realize you don’t know how to structure a landing page. And will create 6 CTA (Call to Actions), a dysfunctional email subscription form, and an overall dysfunctional conversion funnel.
Be lazy and let a designer plan your landing page instead.
